Orders and Shipping

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to the USA, EU and UK. If you are a customer in the USA, your purchase will be shipped from the USA. If you are a customer in the EU or UK, your t-shirts will be shipped from either the UK or Germany.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We will dispatch your order the same day it is received if it is a working day. It then depends on where your address is located and which postal service handles it. We always try to use the forwarder that we know delivers best.

Do you offer free shipping?

If you take advantage of our offer BUY 3 T-SHIRTS AND GET 20% OFF + FREE DELIVERY. Otherwise, we hold campaigns where we offer free shipping or various types of discounts. Subscribe to our newsletter so you don't miss anything.

What are your shipping rates?

We have a flat shipping cost of $4.50 to all countries. If you are a customer from the EU or UK, your shipping may be Euro 4.50 instead.

How can I track my order?

Immediately after your order has left us, a link will be sent to you via the email address you provided in the order. Via this link you can track your package's journey to you.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you discover this immediately after placing your order, we can arrange it. In that case, please email us at support@clothescraze.com with your order details. Please state in the subject line "Important wrong address". If your package has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot do anything.

Do you offer express or expedited shipping?

No, we only have one type of delivery. Normally your package will arrive very quickly, but if you are unsure and you want your delivery at very short notice, we advise you not to place an order. Keep in mind that during holidays such as Christmas, the delivery time is always slightly longer, so be sure to place your order well in advance.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

No, not in the same order. If you would like products sent to different addresses, please place a separate order for each address.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses?

Unfortunately, we currently do not do that.

What happens if my package is delayed or lost?

You can follow your package's journey via the link you received via email when the delivery left us. There you can see where the package is and which company is shipping it. First of all, contact the shipping company to see what happened. If you don't get any help from them, contact us. For a small amount, you can get a Shipping Protection for your package, see more at this link. NOTE! You must purchase the protection together with your order.

What carrier do you use for shipping?

We use the shipping company that we know from experience has the best delivery. This can be anything from local postal carriers to UPS, DHL and many others.

Do you offer local pickup options?

No.

Are there customs fees for international orders?

No, your order will be shipped from the same region you live in. For example, if you live in the USA, your order will be shipped from the USA. If you are from an EU country, your package will probably be shipped from Germany.

How do I know when my order has been shipped?

As soon as our email with the tracking link has landed in your mailbox, you will know that the package is on its way. Please note that the package may have already left our warehouse before you receive your email. This is due to different time limits we have depending on which country the order comes from.

What sizes are available for your t-shirts?

Our T-shirts are available in sizes: S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL. Please note that the larger sizes are sometimes not available in all colors. You can only add products that are in stock to your shopping cart. See Sizing Chart.

Do you have a size chart?

Yes, it is available on this page in both inches and centimeters.

What material are your t-shirts made of?

We use Gildan Softstyle Ⓡ 64000 with Unisex fit. It is a 100% ring-spun cotton (fiber content may vary for different colors), made of Light fabric.

Are your t-shirts pre-shrunk?

Yes, the material is pre-shrunk but only if you follow the washing instructions provided. Too high a temperature can both shrink the garment and ruin the print. Always follow our washing instructions .

How do your sizes compare to US, UK, and European sizing?

On this page you can see what the different measurements are in both inches and centimeters. Always measure on a garment that you know fits you well.

Are your prints durable and machine washable?

Yes, the print on our garments is very durable, but you must follow our washing instructions carefully. Too high a temperature, tumble drying and harsh chemicals (or too much detergent) can damage the print. See our washing instructions on each product's own page.

What printing methods do you use?

We are using the direct-to-garment (DTG) method via the of use Kornit Avalanche HD6 DTG printers, and Epson SC-F6300 printers for sublimation products.

We also produce with Direct-to-film (DTF) print method. The entire process is eco-friendly; inks are water-based, bio-degradable and non-toxic; the production is fully automated and paperless, and uses the newest inks and pre-sprays and there is absolutely no odor.

Do you offer kids' or baby t-shirts?

No, smallest size i S for adults.

Are your t-shirts unisex?

Yes, they are all unisex.

Do you sell other products besides t-shirts?

No, our specialized niche is t-shirts.


Customization and Personalization

Can I request a custom design?

Not at the moment, but we are working on a model where you as a customer will be able to make certain additions to the design, such as a name for a beloved pet.


Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

On this page you can find everything related to it.

Can I exchange my t-shirt for a different size or color?

Only if we have delivered the wrong color or size can we make an exchange. If it is us who made the mistake, we will send a new product in the correct size/color free of charge. You can perhaps give the wrong product to someone you know.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we have received all the information we need from you, we will arrange a refund as quickly as possible. Usually within a few days.

What should I do if my t-shirt arrives damaged or defective?

Has the garment been damaged in shipping, visible signs on the package! Contact the shipping company. If they don't want to help, let us know. Is the garment faulty due to something on our part, bad printing, broken fabric, uneven colors or something else. Do this: Take pictures of the garment that show what is wrong and send them to us. If the fault is on our side, we will send you a new t-shirt free of charge. If we can judge the fault from the pictures, you don't need to return the garment.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Only if you made a mistake when ordering, the wrong size or color. If the error is on our side, we will arrange it so that you do not have to bear any costs.

What is the timeframe for returns?

What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If we have sent the wrong product, wrong motif, color, size or similar, please contact us directly and we will send you a new product free of charge.

Do you offer store credit for returns?

Absolutely, if you want the amount on deposit with us you can get it in the form of a discount code that you can use on your next purchase. Please note if you have requested this we can no longer refund you in the form of money.


Payments and Discounts

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most credit cards, VISA, Mastercard, Amex and more. You can also pay with Paypal if you wish. In countries where Klarna is available, you can pay by invoice or split your payment.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes we do.

Are there any promotions or seasonal sales?

We have ongoing promotions for both new and our beloved customers who have previously purchased from our store. All events are announced via our newsletter.

Do you offer discounts for first-time customers?

All you need to do as a new customer is subscribe to our newsletter and you will receive a discount code that you can use on your first purchase with us.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, all transactions with us are secure and go through encrypted connections directly to the card issuer, Paypal or whatever you have chosen to use for your payment. No transactions containing sensitive information are saved with us.

Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?

Normally, you can only use an offer in the form of a discount of some kind. However, we may have given you something special that can give you extra discounts. But usually, one discount on every purchase.

Do you offer wholesale pricing for bulk orders?

No.

Are there loyalty rewards for repeat customers?

Absolutely, our loyal customers are always rewarded. The more orders, the more and better offers.

How do I apply a discount code at checkout?

It's simple. In the shopping cart there is a field where you simply enter your code, then the system will convert it into a discount.

Do you price-match other online stores?

No, we don't. What other stores want to charge is up to them. We want to deliver quality and a feel, and you can't do that by going into price wars.
